Having lived in Franschhoek for the past 6 years, I have an extensive knowledge of the Franschhoek area and a love for this valley and the lifestyle it offers. I am experienced in all aspects of property marketing, property management, value estimations and sales. I did my NQF4 qualification in 2013, and registered to write my board exam in May 2017, all new prerequisite to operate as an estate agent and a principal in real estate in South Africa. I keep up with new legislation, attending courses and seminars on the legal and financial aspects of purchasing property. I love sharing my passion with people considering Franschhoek as a place to live. I specialise in sourcing properties for local and foreign buyers, from young families relocating to high end buyers purchasing lifestyle properties. I have a 6-year-old son at Bridge House and will assist wherever I can in settling new families into the area and this incredible school. I love being part of peoples journey and seeing them settle into the village and watching it all unfold for them. I work well with all the other agencies in the village and able to offer incoming purchasers a full range of properties for sale in the Franschhoek village. I feel privileged to be living and working in this valley and look forward to showing you around.
