I grew up in Claremont, Cape Town and attended St George's Grammar School. On completing my education, I became a representative for a company that supplied industrial plastics and remained there for four years. Thereafter, I went into partnership in a clothing manufacturing company. We manufactured fashion items and supplied mini chains and boutiques. From there I went on my own, trading in textile overruns from Woolworths and Truworths. I have four children, 2 boys and 2 girls and now have 6 grandchildren - which are an absolute joy. I jointed Harcourts in May 2022 and currently am involved in marketing for the agents.
