As the Chief Operations Officer of Harcourts South Africa, Anton is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, relevance, and continuous evolution of all technology and systems implemented by the company. His dedication to innovation and efficiency drives him to assess and enhance systems and processes, equipping offices and consultants with cutting-edge technology to remain industry leaders and deliver exceptional service.
Anton also collaborates with Harcourts International to develop leading-edge technology. His profile encompasses oversight of Harcourts South Africa's online presence, distressed sales, and technology for the RentalsDotCom division.
With a career spanning nearly two decades in real estate, Anton joined the industry in 2006 after a successful management role in Government Services. He obtained his Estate Agents Affairs Board Examination certification in 2007 and graduated from the Homenet Training Academy in 2008. His passion for technology led to his promotion to Head of Technology and E-Commerce in 2009, where he managed Harcourts South Africa's technology base. In 2020, Anton was promoted to COO, where he continues to drive technological innovation and operational excellence.
