Anton is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, relevance, and evolution of all technology and systems implemented by Harcourts South Africa.
As Chief Operations Officer, he continuously assesses and improves systems and processes to equip offices and consultants with cutting-edge technology, positioning them as leaders in their industry and enabling the delivery of exceptional service. In addition to his role at Harcourts South Africa, Anton collaborates with Harcourts International in the development of leading-edge technology.
Anton's profile includes oversight of Harcourts South Africa's online presence, distressed sales, and technology for the RentalsDotCom division. He joined the real estate industry in 2006, following a successful tenure as part of the management team in Government Services. Anton obtained his Estate Agents Affairs Board Examination certification in 2007 and graduated from the Homenet Training Academy in 2008.
In his previous role as Business Development Manager, Head of Technology and eCommerce Anton fostered strong relationships with franchisees, providing them with motivation, information, and support to deliver professional service. His passion for technology led to his promotion as Head of Technology and E-Commerce in 2009, where he took on the management of the technology base for Harcourts South Africa. In 2020 he was promoted to COO of Harcourts South Africa. Anton's dedication to learning and supporting others extends beyond his field of expertise, reflecting his boundless passion for people.
