From the first day of engagement till now, I did have to do a single follow-up on any topic within the tenant placement journey. She found me a decent tenant and provided the context behind the poor credit record. She cleverly negotiated obo the client for him not to pay a week's occupational rent. She drove all the admin towards helping the tenant settle down and has responded to all my messages and emails in the most productive way.
