Bronwyn holds an LLB degree and completed her NQF 5: Real Estate qualification. She is a qualified professional property practitioner and also admitted as attorney, notary and conveyancer in the High Court of South Africa.
Bronwyn’s passion for the real estate industry was nurtured since her entry into the field in 2000 as administrative assistant. She has experience in all fields, from property sales, rentals, valuations and mortgage origination, naturally flowing to conveyancing and registrations (including bond registrations and cancellations.).
She focused her career on the legal aspects of real estate and started her journey to become an attorney in 2015. While studying she was still operational in the real estate industry to perfectly position her as someone who knows the estate agent’s role in property transactions and now also able to see a transaction through till transfer.
Bronwyn also facilitated various training sessions to estate agents with respect to compliance in terms of the provisions of regulatory bodies (PPRA, FICA etc.) as well as educational requirements for licensed property practitioners.
Her in-depth knowledge and unmatched skill set pertaining to real estate flows naturally into the legal facets of a property transaction and enables her to advise clients and agents alike on every aspect of a property sale, from mandate to registration.
