Cobus has a 12 year military background and joined the Real Estate Profession in 1996. Cobus obtained a National Diploma in Real Estate (majoring in Property Valuation). He is therefore in a position to better understand property prices and to determine market value with due consideration to current market conditions.
He is registered with the EAAB as a full status agent and is also a proud member of IEASA.
He is registered with Services Seta as a Constituent Assessor and Moderator for the compulsory NQF4/5 Real Estate Qualification.
In addition to his vast property expertise, Cobus has a passion to give back to our industry by assisting and educating agents in their real estate careers. Cobus is currently a mentor to Intern Estate Agents and is assisting and facilitating many successful transactions to the benefit of all parties involved.
As a trained facilitator he has presented many training sessions and courses and like to stay up to date with the latest changes in the industry and legislation – all to be of better service to you as the valuable client.
Cobus has an consultative, analytical and disciplined approach to doing business, which means that he will always provide you with the kind of knowledge and relevant market information you need to make an informed decision based on logic and the reality of the property market.
