A passionate property professional, Dave qualified in 1989 after completing his Diploma in Agriculture at the renowned Cedara College of Agriculture. Having grown up on an extensive cattle ranch in Zimbabwe, Dave’s love of the outdoors was nurtured from a young age. After completing his studies Dave joined Agri-Plan Estates and started selling farms in KwaZulu Natal under the mentorship of Kevin Leo-Smith. Dave’s grounding with Agriplan was a great foundation for the establishment of KZN Farm Sales, of which he was the Principal for 16 years. Dave is excited to have joined Harcourts Hilton and is well equipped to assist any prospective investors in farms and smallholdings, having assisted many hundreds of clients in acquiring rural property in the Midlands of KwaZulu Natal.
