David Patrick has been a trusted name in the South African property industry since 1980, when he joined his father’s business, Ed Patrick Estates, operating from humble beginnings in Pietermaritzburg. He holds numerous industry qualifications, including the Certificate of the Institute of Estate Agents, Diploma in Advanced Property Practice, Certificate of Residential Specialist (SA), and National Diploma in Real Estate from Technikon SA. He is also a registered Professional Associated Valuer and has been appointed by the Minister of Justice as a Sworn Appraiser.
