I have been a residence in the Pinetown area since 1984. I am married, with two beautiful children, one daughter-in-law and I have two most gorgeous grand daughters. I joined up with Courtney Egelhof in 2016.
Since then we have had many challenges and changes to his company.
All has not been smooth sailing as there have definitely been some challengers along the way, with the recent floods, looting and of course the major one is Covid 19, which we survived.
I sell in the Pinetown area which covers a large area such as New Germany, Padfield Park, Manors etc.
I am very familiar with the surrounding areas.
My personal achievements were when I listed 4 properties and sold them within a day of them being listed. That was a great boost to my career and I felt on top of my game.
I have become extremely confident and made great friendships with my clients (buyers) and sellers of the houses I have sold and just listed.
2 of my sellers gave me their 2nd properties to sell, which was great as I had referrals to fall back on.
When I get a listing, I do a through investigation into the property, I also travel along with Google Maps on my computer to locate some of the properties.
I am very involved with the creches in my area, by giving the children little hampers and gifts such as a knitted toy from time to time.
I look forward to meeting new clients and going further in my career.
