Edna Venter's journey is one of dedication and passion. Originally from Gauteng, Edna's life took a new direction when her two daughters brought immense joy into her world in 2005 and 2007. Embracing the role of a stay-at-home mom, Edna found fulfillment in balancing work and family life, even starting her own Cleaning Company along the way. However, her desire to contribute more to her community led her to transition into the real estate industry.
Drawing on her professional skills honed as a Personal Assistant at the Mr. Price group, Edna's decision to become a Real Estate Agent was a natural fit. With a commitment to prioritizing her clients' needs and delivering service with professionalism, Edna has excelled in her new role. Her hard work and determination have propelled her to strive for excellence, taking on new challenges and exceeding expectations.
In 2017, Edna made the move to KwaZulu-Natal, where she continued to make a mark in the real estate business. Through completing her Internship and NQF4, Edna proved her competency as a Real Estate Agent. She has successfully managed numerous rental properties and facilitated property sales, including a notable achievement of selling a property within three days through an innovative auction process.
Edna's passion for the property business shines through in her dedication to building strong client relationships and managing her time with precision. As she watches her daughters grow into happy young women, Edna is confident that her decision to pursue a career in real estate was the right one. With a focus on achieving the highest standards and a drive to exceed expectations, Edna continues to make her mark in the industry, fueled by her unwavering passion for real estate.
In 2019 I was found competent and qualified as a Real Estate Agent by finishing my NQF4 and wrote my PDE 4 final exam in the real estate business. I have also completed my training on the selling of Auction properties and sold my first Auction property in 2021. I am proud of my achievements so far. I Manage rental properties in a professional manner and make Sales properties also part of my daily routine.
In the past three years I ended 2020 managed 4 rental properties and 5 procurement properties.
2021 - Managed 21 properties and 13 procurements
2022 – Managed 25 and 12 procurements properties, also sold two properties. One Auction property
Award achievements – Bronze on Highest commission earned January to March 2022.
