Hi, I’m Hercules Myburgh. If there’s one thing that truly defines me, it’s my love for people. I’m a people’s person through and through. I thrive on human connection, building relationships, and creating meaningful collaborations wherever I go. Communication comes naturally to me, and I bring a friendly and approachable demeanour to every situation, whether I’m meeting someone for the first time or leading a team.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work all over the world, including Taiwan, the Middle East, and Russia, which has given me a broad perspective and the ability to adapt to different cultures and business environments. These international experiences have shaped my approach to work and taught me the importance of flexibility and understanding in a global context.
I dedicated 15 years to the agricultural sector, concentrating on the people-focused aspects of the industry. In that time, I served in key roles including Business Development Consultant, Strategic Planner, and Financial Analyst, with a strong focus on people management, organizational structuring, and driving strategic growth.
In addition, I’ve spent over 30 years in the fresh produce industry, serving as Managing Director and leading operations in marketing, logistics, and procurement. I’ve always believed that a strong supply chain and a solid marketing strategy are key to driving growth, and I’ve worked hard to build relationships that foster both.
I believe in combining insight with empathy, strategy with humanity, and leadership with a personal touch. That’s what I bring to the table.
