What an awesome journey we experienced together with Jeanette and Carel. Jeanette was always friendly, helpful and supportive during this highly stressful period of selling our property. Her colleague, Carel was equally supportive and showed no signs that he lacked any experience. As a team, they delivered a first world experience which we will certainly never forget. Our expectations were exceeded twice - both times by these two individuals. Firstly in finding a property which suited our needs and which could accommodate our canine children (after we had been seeking for approx 2 years before engaging with Harcourts) and secondly in selling our property within double quick time (within 3 weeks, as a non-destressed auction - a first for JK). We have realized that only a special breed of individuals are destined to be supreme estate agents, like the combined pairing of Jeanette Korting and Carel van Heerden. We also encountered underlying support on the SHOW day as well as moral support from another agent namely Savannah Kruger. In addition, we would also like to mention "non-Harcourt Rhino" support teams like Louis - the photographer for a job well done and Sanette Payne (PayneLessBonds) for their EXCELLENT contributions in making our journey seamlessly pleasant. We have no reason but to recommend Harcourts Rhino in future.
