I was born and raised in East London and matriculated at Hudson Park High School. I currently hold the following qualifications and registrations:
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Commercial law) – Rhodes University
Higher Diploma in Accountancy – University of Natal
Chartered Accountant and registered auditor – SAICA and IRBA
I have more than 15 years’ experience in the auditing of attorney and estate agent trust accounts and have held a principle estate agent certificate for more than 10 years, during which period my business in the residential rental sector has quadrupled in size. I have managed to successfully source significant rental stock for large organisations over extended periods and have managed to maintain an excellent repeat business ratio through building strong client relationships.
In the residential sales side I have managed to secure and service exclusive marketing rights from top East London Developers and have consistently received regional awards from the Franchisors recognising the branch performance in both rentals and sales.
I build relationships with my clients by providing professional, ethical and concise advice and feedback. I use technology to the advantage of my clients offering expert property appraisals, effective, active and immediate marketing of properties – whether for rental or for sale. My competitive sales team of property professionals will ensure transparency through the entire transaction and will guarantee you extraordinary service.
As a proud father of 4 lively children, who all excel at school and sport, I serve on the school governing body where I gladly contribute my time and expertise. I also hold positions on some of the East London Home Owner’s Associations where I serve the communities and contribute to healthy lifestyles.
