My Name is Kenny Çentillionaire Dipale
I am a Full Status Agent and Senior Professional Practitioner in Real Estate with over a decade of experience in the property industry. Over the years, I have built my career on one simple principle: put the client first and the results will follow.
Real estate is not just about selling houses to me. It is about guiding people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Through consistent effort, strong market knowledge, and a strategic approach to property marketing, I have been fortunate to achieve a selling ratio of more than 90% of my listings at or very close to the seller’s asking price.
My work is built on understanding people as much as understanding property. Every seller and every buyer has different goals, and I take the time to understand exactly what those are before putting a strategy in place. I combine practical experience, local market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.
One of the things I value most in this business is relationships. After more than a decade in the industry, the majority of my business now comes from repeat clients and referrals. That tells me I have done something right. People remember how you treat them, and when clients trust you enough to come back again or recommend you to their friends and family, that is the real measure of success in real estate.
Another passion of mine is mentoring new entrants into the industry. Real estate can be a tough business to start in, and I strongly believe in sharing knowledge and helping others grow. Over the years I have had the privilege of guiding several newcomers, helping them build confidence, develop practical skills, and establish themselves as professionals in their own right. Seeing others succeed in this field is something I take great pride in.
For me, real estate is a long game. It is about building trust, maintaining integrity, and consistently delivering value to the people you serve. I remain deeply committed to my clients, to the communities I work in, and to helping raise the standard of professionalism within the industry.
