I was born and raised in Zambia, completed my schooling at Gilbert Rennie Higher Education in Lusaka. After moving to South Africa, I completed a four year apprenticeship as a scientific glassblower at the CSIR. My interest however was more into Civil Engineering and I soon joined a civil construction company as a trainee Materials Technician. After a period of five years after qualifying, I joined Anglo American Civil Engineering Department and went on to eventually, after 9 years, manage the civil and housing construction of a number of projects in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Zambia. After a period of fifteen years, I accepted an offer to supervise construction of three cement plants in Vietnam. I returned to South Africa after three and a half years and then managed a number of civil projects for De Beers Diamond Mining Company in South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho. After this I accepted an offer to site manage the construction of wind farms in the eastern and northern cape until I opted for retirement in 2019, moving to Barrydale in the Western Cape. It was here that my interest in real estate started, and I joined Harcourts Southern Cape as an intern estate agent in July 2021. I service the Barrydale and Suurbraak areas with growing success in a professional manner which is of utmost importance to me.
