I have an absolute passion for real estate and all the related industries which complement it. Instead of trying to sell to my clients, my approach is more of a business partnership, whereby I use my 10 years’ experience in the Office Furniture & Interior Design & Project Management Industry combined my experience as a qualified Estate Agent since 2005 and being a Senior Agent and Sales Manager in the Harcourts Cape Agulhas office to assist clients during their property investment journey.
I have completed 3 building projects myself and have managed a number more for clients. I have also worked extensively with large corporate clients on high-end projects and have an understanding of the thought processes and considerations of high net-worth individuals when they plan to expand their property portfolio, whereby I have a developed ability to identify opportunities, potential and value, no matter what the price of the property may be.
