I used to be a Chief Human Capital Officer with over 20 years of experience in different major companies in South Africa. I decided to change my focus to real estate and specifically commercial and industrial real estate as this stems from my background in the corporate world. I enjoy the freedom of real estate, and the change gives me the flexibility to be available for my clients at any time, day or night. I have a deep understanding of the local market, as I have lived and worked in the Midrand and Centurion area for the past ten years.
Communication is key in my approach to real estate, and I am equipped with a deep understanding of today’s market trends and negotiation tactics. My experience as an HR professional is very valuable in this regard as she communicated with different levels in a company from employees, middle management, senior management, and executive management. I spend time getting to know my clients and understand their short and long-term goals for personal and financial success. From there, I keep my clients on the pulse of the market, arming them with information to make them the leaders in their own unique journey.
My Approach:
Patience, perspective, integrity, a sense of humor and the ability to analyse data with context are the most important qualities of a good estate agent. Commercial and Industrial estate transactions can be stressful for many reasons and one of the most, estate agent’s most important roles is to listen to what people need and keep things calm.
