The Harcourts Waterberg franchise became a benchmark for rental excellence, winning annual awards for the best Rental Office within the Harcourts Group for consecutive years.

In 2014, with the same pioneering spirit that defined her early career, Maritha expanded to the West Coast, opening what would grow into a thriving network of offices spanning Langebaan, Yzerfontein, St Helena Bay, and Paternoster, all while continuing to oversee the Limpopo office remotely. She has since joined forces with her brother Pieter Wagner as business partner, and together they are taking Harcourts West Coast & Swartland to extraordinary new heights.
