Marius has been in real estate in 2007 and finds joy in serving families in their journey of finding the perfect home. His clients benefit from his 14-year experience as a marketing manager at South Africa's largest residential developer where he and his team handled the sales and rentals of well over a thousand properties. His research and involvement contributed to the successful completion of more than 33 developments. These developments include sectional title lifestyle estates, full title security estates, vacant land and building packages as well as retirement developments.
He is energized when partnering with developers in crafting the perfect properties and communities that improve lives.
As a property investor himself, he is also passionate about assisting property investors in building and managing prosperous and successful property portfolios.
