Some people choose real estate. For Pieter Wagner, real estate was always part of the plan.
Born into a family with deep roots in the industry — his father opened their agency in Warmbaths, Limpopo in 1969 — Pieter began his own journey in 2001 and has never stopped moving forward. Over 24 remarkable years, he has built a career that spans game farms and beachfront estates, housing developments and commercial sales, from Limpopo to Pretoria, Durban to the West Coast, always evolving, always delivering.
His career highlights read like a masterclass in South African real estate. From overseeing housing projects tied to Eskom's Medupi Power Station in Lephalale, to marketing high-end properties in Waterkloof, Pretoria, to establishing himself as the go-to specialist for beachfront and luxury residential property on the West Coast and in the Swartland, Pieter has done it all and done it exceptionally well.
Since joining Harcourts in 2014 and settling in Langebaan, Pieter has become a cornerstone of the West Coast property market. Today he is the Business Owner of both Harcourts West Coast and Harcourts Swartland, consistently ranked among Harcourts Top 10 agents in the Western Cape and Top 20 Nationally. His passion for people, his encyclopaedic market knowledge, and his specialisation in beachfront and high-end properties make him a force to be reckoned with in every transaction he touches.

Starting with consecutive Platinum Sales Awards from 2016 through 2019, Pieter has gone on to collect Gold and Silver Sales Awards, an Excellence Award, a milestone Certificate of Excellence for Sales Value over R100 Million, and an 8th Place finish as Top Sales Consultant Nationally in 2017. He earned multiple Quarterly and Annual Platinum Awards between 2021 and 2025, a Certificate of Excellence as Top Auction Consultant in 3rd Position for July to December 2024, and Platinum Certificates of Excellence for Commission Generated across multiple periods. Most recently, Pieter was honoured with a place in The Chairman's Circle at 9th Position in 2026, and crowned 11th Position Top Sales Consultant Nationally with a Platinum Award for 2025/2026, cementing his status as one of the most decorated and respected property professionals in South Africa.
