Maynard Burgoyne
Quentin Jute was born in Johannesburg, and started his career in the television advertising industry, working as a production assistant for a major advertising agency (Young & Rubicam). His career path led him to move to the United Kingdom where he joined the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in London. Here he moved into the digital media realm.
Four and a half years later, he returned to South Africa and joined an independent production house (Underdog) as a webmaster, and worked on projects like Big Brother.
A few years later, the internal Entrepreneur led Quentin to launch his own below the line agency (ConcoctionMedia) . He landed various clients and worked on a variety of unique projects, from film set styling, photo-shoots, and live events, to artiste management, web brands, print work, and house staging.
One of his clients was involved in Real Estate and this is where Quentin got a taste for the property market while doing Home Staging for show days. He later started hosting show days on behalf of his client.
Quentin moved to Cape Town in 2012 and joined Harcourts Real Estate in 2013 as a Sales Assistant, gaining valuable experience, and has since mastered the sales process.
He lives in Thornton and is the resident Thornton area specialist and works exclusively in the suburb. Quentin also works within Pinelands Extension, Maitland, Goodwood, Epping Garden Village, Ryterwacht, and immediate surrounds.
Quentin is fully qualified with his NQF4 and is a full status agent registered with the PPRA.
