Originally from Durban, Natal I lived and worked in Johannesburg for many years before being transferred 25 years ago to the mother city – which I now call my home. The customer service industry has been my background and is my passion. I have been involved in all aspects of the business from sales to management, from setting up businesses to relocating them.
