Sam Theessen has a three 3 year Diploma in Marketing and Communications, her financial grounding together with marketing was formed with Small Business Development Corporation, as Regional Manager for the Southern Natal Region. Sam later joined Daimler Chrysler in the Finance Department and studied through Stellenbosch University with Daimler Chrysler to further her knowledge and strengthen her financial acumen.

Sam’s dreams became a reality when her lifetime hobby of innovation and passion – driven interior decorating and major renovating turned from transforming her own homes, family and friends properties resulted in the birth and development of ‘Zinkwazi Designs’.

This subsequently lead to selling her business after show casing it at the ICC Decorex Show. She then found her love for Realty, where she was able to once again infuse her love and passion for homes in the property market thus
resulting in ‘Harcourts Coastal Design’.
