My background includes working as a Principal and Sales Manager for a well-known national franchise for over a decade, combined with more than 33 years of hands-on sales experience. Early in my career, I was awarded for best market penetration in the Free State while launching a new franchise as a co-principal owner. I later achieved Top Agent status for units sold in KwaZulu-Natal, earning achiever club recognition for both residential sales and developments. Between 2004 and 2009, I was rewarded with Gold membership for units sold and commission earned in the North West province. These achievements reflect a consistent commitment to excellence across diverse markets and economic cycles.
Since joining Harcourts Blue in Boksburg in May 2019, my performance has continued at a high level. I have received quarterly achievement awards for commission generated, including Bronze, Silver and Gold, and between 2020 and 2022 I was recognized as part of the Top 10 Agents within the group.
