They say when buying a house, the most important aspect is the connection one makes with the house and I agree but I say your agent plays a tremendous part of that. I would like to shout out a tribute to Zarel Herbst, the estate agent at Harcouts. When Zarel heard I was planning to sell my house, his enthusiasm was infectious. I am extremely undecisive, due to the situation of my husband passing away.
