Having worked for the two major property portals, Zelda learnt a lot about the real estate industry and they systems used by all the real estate franchises. Starting with Private Property in 2011 as a System Trainer, she later moved into a sales position as an Account Executive.

In 2015 a new chapter started at Property 24 as a Customer Relationship Manager and serviced most of the Harcourts Offices in KZN. During her time with the property portals, she handled customer queries, sales and trained agents on various products and tools to assist with their day-to-day operation.

Zelda joined the Harcourts South Africa team in 2019 as a Business Operations Manager. In her current role, as Business Support Manger, she covers business growth of both offices and agents as well as testing our various systems, training our agents and assisting with general agent queries.

Zelda loves technology and training. She is passionate in enriching other people’s lives with knowledge. Her clients are her passion and making them succeed is her goal in business.
