We were satisfied with the upfront communication and information given to us by Ziona and amazed when an OTP was received after only 6 days. Ziona gave us valuable advice and recommendations and was always available to assist even though it was a holiday, weekend or after hours. From my side and not having any effect on the review of Ziona, is it possible for agents to explain and obtain evidence from a potential buyer (saying they are a CASH BUYERS) to confirm that they actually have all the cash immediately available at the time of signing an OTP.
