Maynard BurgoyneEight years after the first Maynard Burgoyne office was established in Pinelands in 1964, the Constantiaberg Branch opened its doors in Bergvliet.
Realizing the need for a national representative network, Maynard Burgoyne became involved in the Homenet Group in 1992 and in 2009 we entered the Global Arena by becoming a member of Harcourts International.
The Pinelands branch still calls the Howard Centre in Pinelands home and from there our agents cover Pinelands and Thornton very successfully.
In 2020 we moved the Constantiaberg Branch to Greenford Office Estate in Kenilworth and from there our agents cover a large part of the Southern Suburbs from Observatory to Tokai. We also operate in several of the Southeast Suburbs such as Athlone, Kenwyn, Sybrand Park and Rondebosch East.
Both branches operate in the Sales and Rental markets and fall under the combined trading name of Harcourts Maynard Burgoyne. The majority of our agents have been selling and letting property for many years but we do recruit interns from time to time. These interns are mentored by Full Status agents and undergo the very comprehensive training provided by the Harcourts Academy.
