The current owners have decided to diversify further with coffee production .250 seedling trees are ready to be planted.
The orchards have gravity fed irrigation systems to each section.
The main income from this property is the rental derived from hoses that are rented.
House 1: This a a three bedroom dwelling that has a potential rent of R 6 500.00 per month
House 2: This smaller house has 2 bedrooms and the rent for this is R 3 400.00 per month.
House 3: The third house has two and a half bedroom and the rental is R 4 200.00 per month.
House 4: This cottage is bachelor flat and its rental is R2 400.00 per month.
Then there is the main house which has an uncompleted wing. When fully built it will be a 4 bedroom double story structure overlooking the valley below.
There are also two swimming pools, one is in use and the other requires attention. A large farm shed is on site catering to the agricultural storage requirements. The workers accommodation consists of a two bedroom with bathroom house.
