The property consists of 5 portions that have their own title deeds.
Water is abundant and delivered from 11 boreholes. Of these two are solar powered and the remainder have submersible pumps and are connected to the grid.
Water storage consists of tanks and reservoirs, there are 2 x 5000lt tanks for the main house and 1 x 5000 lit for the 'Wooden houses'(2).
The reservoirs are a 1 x 30 000 lit and a 280 000lt zinc dam. These supply the pivot that is used to irrigate 3.5 hectare of Lucerne (Planted this year)
The Valley pivot is in a 5 hectare electrified camp. A 7.5 KW pump supplies the pivot from the reservoir. Expansion of the irrigation is possible.
The game camps have 8 water troughs also supplied by gravity from the reservoirs.
This property has a backup electrical supply from a 50 kw Genset besides the 50 kw Eskom transformer. Backup power for the houses is a 5kw inverter for the
main house and 3,5 kw for the 'Wooden Houses'.

This property is located by taking the R525 West, past the Caltex Baobab Toll Plaza to the Rail siding and town of Mopane. Then the gravel road towards the Sand river bridge.
This is a 16 km, about 20 minute drive. From this point the road to the farm is single lane gravel with electric gates, it will be challenging in the wet season for cars
but this is 4x4 territory! The farm is about 6 km from the R525 and sand river bridge.
Vegetation is typical bushveld, Mopane, Baobab, Rooibos, Marula to name a few, the climate, hot summers and mild winters.
