Abrahamskraal, working sheep farm, is situated off the R352 just 18 kilometers from Leeu Gamka and 35 kilometers from Prince Albert.

Accommodation consists of the following:

1. 7 bedroom manor house (5 en suite) with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 1 storage room. Guests can book the entire manor house, or it can be booked as a 4 or 3 bedroom house, each section with its own
kitchen, bathrooms and living room;

2. 3 bedroom farm cottage with 2 bathrooms and kitchen / living area.

The bedrooms are furnished with either double, three-quarter or single beds, and the bathrooms fitted with baths and/or showers.

Each unit is fully equipped for self-catering and has a private entrance and braai facility.

3. Venue catering for Karoo weddings, parties and private functions:
The partially open-air venue can be combined with a Bedouin tent to host up to 200 guests. The venue consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bar area, storage room, pantry and washing bay / area;

4. A campsite that offers 6 campsites with electricity, ablution facility and washing bay / area.

Abrahamskraal is also the perfect stopover for the traveler travelling on the N1 between the north and south of South Africa.

Details regarding farming are the following:

1. The carrying capacity of this farm is 1 small stock unit on 8 hectares, and currently it is stocked with 350 Meatmaster ewes and 25 cows with 8 calves;

2. The farm consists of 3 camps of which 1 has 4 watering troughs and the other 2, 2 watering troughs. Water is supplied by 2 windmills, 2 solar pumps and 2 Eskom pumps.

3. Perimeter fences are 70% jackal proof, whilst all other fences are stock proof. The fences are in a fair condition;

4. Vegetation is sweet veld consisting of Karoo bushes, grass, thorn trees, succulents and dry river courses. Annual rainfall of approximately 125 mm annually;

5. Dams include 2 x cement dams, 3 x tanks and 1 ground dam. 2 hectare lands have been established and fenced, but have not been planted.

The seller is VAT registered and the selling price includes the assets necessary for the continuation of the enterprise (excluding the livestock). The transaction can therefore be structured as a going concern at a VAT zero rate.
