Wine grape farm for sale in Stellenbosch

Annandale Hills - A 41ha, productive, commercial wine farm situated in the region of Spier, ± 5km’s outside Stellenbosch is up for sale.

Currently the farm is planted to wine grapes, all under drip irrigation and on a trellising system. Grape cultivars include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Mouverdre. Most of the vines were planted in 2002. Further to this, there is a small block of olives.

Irrigation water is supplied by the Theewaterskloof irrigation scheme @ 80 000m³ per annum and drinking water is drawn from one of two boreholes on the farm.

There is an Old Cape style main homestead with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as two managers' houses on the farm. All houses are currently rented out and in need of renovation.
