No day visitors allowed. - Should guests behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilized standards or property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises. - Any of the rules not adhered to, a fine can be given and deducted from the breakage deposit. - Cleaning services can be provided while guests are in the house, at an additional cost. Quote on cleaning services during stay on request. - Keep the house in the same condition as it was received. If the house is left in a condition where special cleaning is required, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit. -Please note that excessive dirt on the carpets will incur an additional cost of R200 per room. - Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.
