Coco De Mer is a double-storey, self-catering house situated in the prestigious Shelley Point Golf Estate, in St Helena Bay. This holiday house is 10 minutes from the beach.

This fully furnished holiday home comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs, and is equipped with a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards. The room leads out to 2 different balconies on each side of the room, and features an en-suite shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are also located upstairs.
Both of these spacious bedrooms each have a double bed and built-in cupboards, and share the main family bathroom that has a bath, twin hand basins and a toilet. Bedroom 2 also leads out to one of the balconies.

Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, with a double bed and built-in cupboards. The third guest bathroom is downstairs, and has a shower, hand basin, and toilet.

Downstairs; the open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a washing machine for guests use, and direct access to the garage. The lounge features a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with full DStv viewing.

The living area leads to a covered braai area, and a fully tiled back yard, outdoor furniture and a pool & Jacuzzi. The single garage features automated doors.
