This is a very popular holiday home and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs, with ample build in cupboards and leads out to 2 different balconies on each side of the room. It features an en-suite shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are also located upstairs.
Both of these spacious bedrooms and built-in cupboards, and share the main family bathroom that has a bath, twin hand basins and a toilet. Bedroom 2 also leads out to one of the balconies.

Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, with built-in cupboards. The third guest bathroom is downstairs, and has a shower, hand basin, and toilet.

Downstairs; the open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with ample built in cupboards, gas stove with extractor fan and under-counter oven. Space for dishwasher, separate scullery with connections for a washing machine.

The living/ Lounge area is spacious with inside fireplace and leads out to a covered braai area, and a fully tiled back yard, which boasts with a pool & Jacuzzi. The single garage features automated doors.
