The laundry is situated within the 2nd bathroom. The geyser is electric. Electrcity is supplied by Eskom. Water is provided by the HOA and is borehole water. Seavale is a gated village with a guard house and boom gate. Direct access to the beach is restricted. There is a local grocery store that suits your daily needs. There is also a community hall and Social Club.
