How to Buy This Property:
If you're interested, contact one of the agents listed above to try and arrange a viewing. When you're ready to make an offer, your agent will complete the Pre-Hammer Offer to Purchase (OTP) with you. You have two options:
Buyer-Signed OTP – Your offer is submitted to the attorney, who will present it to the seller on your behalf
Buyer and Seller Signed OTP – If the seller has already agreed and signed
In both cases, a 2% deposit is required. If the seller accepts your offer, the Sheriff's Auction will only be cancelled once your deposit is received before the deadline shown in the timer above. This deadline is firm—acting quickly is essential to secure the property.
Financing Options: You can apply for a home loan at any bank, just as you would with any property purchase. Take the signed Offer to Purchase along with your application documentation to your chosen bank.
